iMotors Named Kia Sales Dealer of the Year 2026

iMotors is celebrating a remarkable period of success after being named Kia Sales Dealer of the Year 2026, following its recent recognition as Car Dealership of the Year at the Highland Radio Customer Service Awards.

The prestigious Kia award was presented at the Kia Dealer Conference at Mount Juliet Estate, Co. Kilkenny last week, where dealers gathered to celebrate achievements, review brand performance and look ahead to the future of Kia in the Irish market.

The award recognises the outstanding sales performance of iMotors and the dedication of its team.

It comes just days after the dealership was named Car Dealership of the Year at the Highland Radio awards, highlighting its strong performance across both sales and customer service.

The iMotors story began in 1971, when John McLaughlin and his wife Susan purchased Inishowen Motors in Malin Town.

Now, more than five decades later, the family-run business operates from Malin and Drumkeen, serving customers throughout Donegal and further afield.

Today, iMotors is the main supplier of Kia, Nissan and Isuzu in the North West, with its Drumkeen premises recently undergoing major renovations, including a modern, state-of-the-art Kia showroom.

Speaking about the achievement, iMotors Director Seamus McLaughlin said: “To be named Kia Sales Dealer of the Year is a tremendous achievement for everyone at iMotors.
